Our classes focus on low impact yet highly effective movements designed to tone and sculpt your body, with a strong emphasis on posture, alignment, and core strength.
You'll be guided through energising sequences that challenge your muscles, all while building connection between mind and body. Whether you're new to Barre or a seasoned pro, our supportive and welcoming community ensures you feel confident and motivated every step of the way. Get ready to build both strength of body and of the mind.
What do I need to bring?
To get the most out of your Sophie Maggie Barre class, we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothing and either grip socks or going barefoot. Please bring an exercise mat for floor barre at the end of the session. If you don’t have one, a blanket or towel will work, but we encourage investing in a mat for future classes. Remember to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated. Arriving 10 minutes early is especially important for first time attendees so Sophie can check in with you about any injuries or pregnancy etc, ensuring you're fully supported throughout the class.
